This tortellini lasagna bake is the ultimate easy weeknight dinner. Made with cheese tortellini, marinara, beef, and ricotta, it’s a quick, family-friendly casserole that’s ready in under 35 minutes!

What you need

1 tsp olive oil
24 fl oz marinara sauce
1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt & pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella

2 clove garlic clove
9 oz refrigerated tortellini

½ cup ricotta cheese

1 bunch parsley
Instructions
2 Preheat oven to 375°F. 3 Brown the meat: In a large oven-safe skillet or sauté pan, heat oil if needed and cook ground beef until no longer pink. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute more. 4 Add sauce: Stir in marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes. 5 Add tortellini: Stir in tortellini and bring back to a simmer. If the sauce is very thick, you can add 2–3 tbsp water. 6 Add dollops of ricotta throughout the pan (don’t mix in fully — let it melt in pockets). 7 Top with cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top. 8 Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. 9 Finish with fresh herbs and serve hot!View original recipe
