tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp mayonnaise

bunch greens

tsp black pepper

tbsp honey

cup greek yogurt

cup pecan halves

cup shredded chicken

tsp salt

cup shallot
Instructions
1 In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper. 2 Add chicken, diced apple, celery, cranberries, shallots and pecans. 3 Toss until everything is fully coated. 4 Taste and adjust seasoning — more honey for sweet, more Dijon for tang. 5 Divide into 4 airtight meal prep jars. 6 Store for up to 4 days in the fridge.View original recipe
