tsp pumpkin pie spice

oz mini chocolate chips

cup maple syrup

cup vanilla protein powder

cup liquid egg whites

cup almond milk
egg

pinch salt

slice white sandwich bread
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease four oven-safe glass meal prep containers. 2 Divide the cubed bread among the four containers. 3 In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, eggs, pumpkin, protein powder, milk, vanilla, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and salt. 4 Pour evenly over each container, pressing lightly so all bread gets soaked. 5 Bake uncovered 28–32 minutes, until puffed and golden. 6 Cool, cover, and store in the fridge. 7 Serve with Greek yogurt, maple syrup, extra cinnamon, or pumpkin butter.View original recipe
