tbsp rice vinegar

butter lettuce

tbsp coconut aminos

oz peanut

red bell pepper

tbsp olive oil

tsp ginger

cup peanut butter

clove garlic clove

cup cabbage
tbsp warm water

lb ground chicken

tbsp sriracha

bunch carrot
Instructions
1 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2 Add ground chicken, garlic, and ginger. Cook until browned. 3 Stir in coconut aminos, sriracha, and honey. 4 Add cabbage and red pepper and cook 1–2 minutes until slightly softened. 5 In a bowl whisk peanut sauce ingredients, thinning with warm water. 6 Spoon chicken mixture into lettuce cups. 7 Top with carrots, peanuts, green onions, cilantro, and peanut sauce. 8 Serve immediately.View original recipe
