What you need

1 bunch green onion

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp coconut aminos

5 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sriracha hot sauce

1 tbsp honey
1 ½ tsp cornstarch

3 tbsp water

2 lb ground chicken

½ cup sweet chili sauce

½ tsp pepper

2 cup stew vegetables
Instructions
Cook the chicken 2 Heat large skillet over medium heat. 3 Add ground chicken and cook gently, breaking into small soft crumbles. (Do not crisp or brown aggressively.) 5 Once cooked through, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauce it 7 Whisk sauce again and pour into pan. 8 Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy and thick. 9 Turn off heat immediately once coated.
