What you need

tbsp maple syrup

cup almond flour

tbsp white chocolate chips

cup freeze-dried strawberries

tbsp white chocolate

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

cup cashew butter

tbsp coconut oil

pinch salt

1 Crush strawberries: Add freeze-dried strawberries to a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin or your hands until finely crumbled. 2 Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, salt, and crushed strawberries. 3 Add wet ingredients: Stir in cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and white chocolate chips. If mixture is too dry, add 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time until it holds together. 4 Form bites: Roll the mixture into 15 balls. 5 Optional coating: Roll in more crushed strawberries or coconut. 6 Store: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week or freezer up to 2 months.View original recipe
