Cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries soften and begin to break down. 3 Stir in the chia seeds and let the mixture cook for another 1–2 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely. Make the Matcha Chia Pudding 5 In a bowl or large jar, whisk together the Fairlife milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, and chia seeds until fully combined. 6 Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened. Make the Yogurt Layer 8 Mix together the Oikos Pro yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth and creamy.
