vanilla protein powder

tsp vanilla extract

oz cream cheese

cup old fashioned oats

cup cottage cheese

cup strawberries

tsp baking powder
tbsp liquid honey

egg

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish. 1 Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. 2 Pour batter into prepared baking dish. 3 Scatter chopped strawberries evenly over the top. 4 In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth. 5 Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the batter and gently swirl with a knife. 6 Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set. 7 Let cool slightly, then slice into 6 servings.View original recipe
