Spaghetti Glow Up- Creamy Chicken Pasta

What you need

tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

tbsp granulated garlic

oz cooked pasta
cup pasta water

oz spaghetti sauce

cup coconut cream

cup parmesan cheese

fresh basil
Instructions
0 Cut the chicken into small 1/2 inch chunks. 1 Cook the chicken over medium high heat in a large skillet with 1 tbsp of olive oil. 2 Season with salt + pepper and continue cooking until the chicken reaches a temperature of 165℉ or is no longer pink in the middle. 5 In the meantime, boil the noodles. 3 Once the chicken is done, add the minced garlic to the pan and continue cooking for 1 minute. 4 Add 1/4 cup of pasta water to the chicken and use a spoon to scrape the bottom of the pan, getting all of the yummy burnt stuff at the bottom. 6 Add the spaghetti sauce + heavy cream and stir until combined. 7 Turn down the heat to low and add in the cooked noodles- toss everything together and cook on low for 5 minutes. 8 Serve with fresh parmesan and chopped basil on top!
