What you need

oz gnocchi

asparagus

cup sun dried tomato

tbsp olive oil

tsp garlic powder
tsp italian seasoning
salt & pepper

tbsp lemon juice

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 425℉ 1 Chop the ends off of the asparagus and discard, then chop the asparagus in half. 2 On a large sheet pan layer the gnocchi, chicken sausage, asparagus + sun dried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic + italian seasoning, drizzle with olive oil + lemon juice. 3 Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes or until browned. If the sun dried tomatoes are starting to burn, stir and continue to roast 4 Once done top with parmesan cheese and serve! I love eating this oven a caesar salad to level it up just a little bit, but it's just as good by itself!View original recipe
