What you need

cup jasmine rice

cup water
tsp salt

cup crushed pineapple

jalapeno

bell pepper

cup broccoli coleslaw mix

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
2 Preheat the oven to 425° 0 Add 1 cup of rice to the instant pot with 1 cup of water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple + 1 jalapeno- stir and cook the rice using the rice setting.If cooking the rice on the stove, cook the rice first, add in the jalapeno for the last 5 minutes and the pinapple after its cooked. 1 On a large sheet pan add the sliced chicken sausage, sliced bell peppers + broccoli slaw- drizzle with about 1 tbsp of olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. 3 Once the rice and the sausage are cooked add into each container:- 1/2 cup of rice- 3/4 cup of the veggie mixture- bell peppers3 oz of chicken sausage 4 Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!View original recipe
