What you need

cup pumpkin puree

cup maple syrup

cup quick oats

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

cup flax meal

tbsp chia seed

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
0 In a large bowl mix together the pumpkin puree + maple syrup. 1 In another bowl mix together the oats, pb fit, pumpkin spice, chia seeds + flax meal. 2 Add the dry ingredients into the wet and fold until combined- roll into 1 1/2 inch balls (should get 16) 3 You can add in the chocolate chips at this point or you can melt them like I did to drizzle on top! 4 Add the chocolate chips into a metal bowl with 1 tsp coconut oil and melt in the microwave using 20 second intervals until melted- stirring in between each time. 5 Drizzle the melted chocolate over the energy bites and freeze for 30 minutes to harden the chocolate before adding into a bag/container to store in the freezer/fridge.
