1 puff pastry sheet

2 tbsp spicy brown mustard

2 tbsp jalapeno jelly

¼ cup caramelized onion

1 splash honey
1 egg

6 tbsp cream cheese

¼ cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup sharp cheddar

4 bratwurst sausage links
Instructions
2 Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3 Roll out puff pastry into a 10x12” rectangle. 4 Spread your chosen filling across the surface. 5 Slice pastry into 1½-inch strips using a pizza cutter. 6 Wrap each brat in a strip (spiral-style or rolled). 7 Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash. 8 Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffed. 9 Optional: Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle extra bagel seasoning, or serve with dipping sauce.View original recipe
