What you need

lb ground chicken

cup green cabbage

tbsp hoisin sauce
mushrooms

cup chicken broth

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp soy sauce

clove garlic clove

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp sriracha hot sauce

bunch scallion greens

oz noodles
Instructions
1 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken along with garlic and ginger. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. 2 Stir in soy sauce, hoisin (or oyster sauce), rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Let everything simmer for about 1 minute so the flavors bloom. 3 Add the shredded cabbage and cook 2–3 minutes, just until softened but not mushy. 4 Add the dry wonton noodles directly to the skillet. Pour in 1½ cups chicken broth. 5 Cover the skillet and let simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally to separate noodles. 6 Remove the lid, toss well, and let everything cook another 2–3 minutes until noodles are tender and the sauce thickens slightly. Add more broth if needed. 7 Taste and adjust seasoning. Finish with chili crisp or sriracha if you like heat.View original recipe
