tsp dijon mustard

tbsp olive oil

lb skinless boneless chicken breast
tsp honey

tbsp balsamic vinegar

peach

Instructions
1 In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together the peach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional honey. 2 Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours). Can freeze in marinade. 3 Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with fresh peach slices and red onion chunks. 4 Grill over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and lightly charred. 5 Serve over a bed of arugula with torn burrata and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.View original recipe
