What you need
lb ground beef
cup green bell pepper

cup yellow onion

tbsp olive oil

tsp garlic powder

tbsp mustard
tbsp ketchup

tbsp tomato paste

tsp chili powder

tsp white vinegar

tsp paprika

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp black pepper
salt
extra sharp cheddar cheese

cup pickled ginger

cup sweet pickle
Instructions
0 In a large pan over medium high heat, add in the olive oil, bell peppers + onions, cook for about 2 minutes before adding in the ground beef. Break up the ground beef as it is cooking. 1 Once the ground beef is cooked and no longer pink, add in the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, vinegar + coconut aminos. Mix everything together until well incorporated and then turn the heat down to low. 2 Let that simmer for just a bit while you toast your slider buns. I like to butter the open faced buns and throw them in the oven at 425℉ until browned around the edges. 3 Once the buns are toasted you can layer up the meat mixture + cheese and pop the sliders in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese, 4 Once the cheese is melted I love to add pickled onions + pickles to my sliders, but that is totally optional! Just add the top buns to the sliders and enjoy with fries or coleslaw!View original recipe
