Lemon Dijon Chicken Marinade

What you need

lemon

tbsp olive oil

tbsp granulated garlic
tsp salt

tsp dried thyme

tsp rosemary

tsp pepper

tsp parsley

tsp paprika
Instructions
1 Slice the chicken in half (through the middle) to make 6 thiner breast. Doing this allows for the chicken to cook faster and helps to avoid drying out the chicken. 2 Add all of the ingredients in to a ziplock bag or bowl and mix well. Add the chicken to the bag- giving it a good toss to make sure all the breast are coated well. 3 Let the chicken marinate for 1-3 hours. 4 Prepare on grill, in the oven, air fryer or crockoot. 5 ****Can substitute for chicken thighs!View original recipe
