Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Whisk egg, egg whites, and cottage cheese until smooth. 3 Stir in sausage, tomato, onion, spinach, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. 4 Pour into greased oven-safe dish. 5 Top with cheese. 6 Bake 20–25 minutes until center is set.
