Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish. 2 Make the berry base: Toss berries with maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spread evenly in baking dish. 3 Make the crumble topping: In a bowl, mix oat flour, oats, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil and maple syrup until crumbly. 4 Assemble & bake: Sprinkle crumble evenly over berries.
