tsp baking powder

tsp ground cinnamon

cup walnut pieces

cup cottage cheese

cup oat flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup almond flour

ripe banana

vanilla protein powder

pinch salt

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth. 3 In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, blended cottage cheese, and vanilla. 4 Fold in protein powder, almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. 5 Pour batter into silicone mini loaf molds (or a lined 8×8 pan). 6 Bake 25–30 minutes, until set in the center. 7 Cool completely, then remove from molds.View original recipe
