cup red onion

cup bell pepper

cup turkey pepperoni
egg

cup flour
tsp baking powder

cup pizza sauce

cup cottage cheese

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp table salt
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425°F. 2 Blend cottage cheese and egg until smooth. 3 In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. 4 Stir in the cottage cheese mixture until a dough forms. 5 Press dough thinly onto a parchment lined sheet pan. 6 Pre-bake crust 8–10 minutes. 7 Add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. 8 Bake another 8–10 minutes until bubbly. 9 Slice into 8 pieces and serve.View original recipe
