tsp corn starch

cinnamon

tbsp maple syrup

tsp lemon juice

tbsp water

tbsp gluten-free flour

tbsp coconut oil

salt

0 Preheat the oven to 375℉ 1 In a small bowl, combine the thinly sliced apple, corn starch, cinnamon, maple syrup, water and lemon juice. Toss to coat the apple slices evenly. 2 In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, coconut oil, salt, oats, and maple syrup. Use your fingers or a fork to combine until the mixture becomes crumbly. 3 Place the apple mixture into a small baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples. 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden and crispy. 5 Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt on top.View original recipe
