Gluten Free White Chocolate Strawberry Blondies

What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup coconut oil

egg nog

cup coconut sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup white chocolate chips

cup strawberries

0 Preheat the oven to 350℉ 1 In a bowl mix together the flour, salt and baking soda. 2 In another bowl mixt together the eggs, vanilla and coconut sugar. (this will get very thick 3 Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, using a spoon, stir the mixture until everything is combined. The batter will be VERY thick,m just trust the process! 4 Fold in the chocolate chips + chopped strawberries. 5 Line and 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour the batter into the dish. Use a spoon to spread the mixture evenly into the pan. 6 Bake for 30-40 minutes. Use a toothpick to see if the blondies are done, they will be done when the toothpick comes out clean. 7 Once cool, remove from the baking dish and cut into 12 squares. 8 Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!View original recipe
