What you need

cup cottage cheese

cup applesauce

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp maple syrup

protein powder

cup gluten free all purpose flour
tsp baking powder
Instructions
0 Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender, blend for about 1-2 minutes or until the batter is smooth. 1 Lightly spread some coconut oil or butter into a pan over medium/high heat. 2 Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter for each pancake, flip once the pancake begins to bubble. 3 Repeat the process until you have used all of the batter. 4 Depending on the size of the pancakes, you should get 4 servings per batch. 5 Add into a meal prep container with a side of maple syrup + scrambled eggs or turkey sausage or make into breakfast sandwiches, griddle bites or pancake bowls! 6 Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days!View original recipe
