What you need

1 bunch fresh basil

1 red onion

8 oz feta
12 oz chicken sausage

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 cup cherry tomato

1 ½ cup bell pepper

2 zucchini

½ lb fresh pasta

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2 Place the feta block in the center of a baking dish. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, red onion, zucchini, bell peppers, and sausage around it. 3 Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over everything. Season with salt and pepper. 4 Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the veggies are roasted and feta is golden. 5 Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain. 6 Remove baking dish from oven, stir everything to mix the creamy feta with the veggies and sausage. 7 Add cooked pasta; toss to combine. 8 Top with fresh basil and serve warm or at room temp.View original recipe
