What you need

tbsp olive oil

bunch fresh cilantro

tsp smoked paprika
cup chicken broth

cup bbq sauce
tbsp lime juice

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tbsp dijon mustard
cup peach preserves
pinch salt & pepper
tbsp honey
tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1 Add chicken breasts to the crockpot. 2 Pour in BBQ sauce, peach preserves, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. 3 Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken easily shreds. 4 Shred chicken directly in the crockpot and stir back into the sauce. 5 Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F for 45–60 minutes until tender. 6 Make the peach slaw by mixing together coleslaw mix, peaches, red onion, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 7 Slice sweet potatoes open and fluff with a fork. 8 Stuff with BBQ peach chicken and top generously with peach slaw.View original recipe
