Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment. 2 In a large bowl, whisk the protein shake, cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and peppermint extract. 3 Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and mix until combined. 4 Stir in chocolate chips. 5 Pour into the pan and bake 25–30 minutes or until set. 6 Cool, slice into 6, and store for meal prep.View original recipe
