What you need

tsp chili powder

lb baby potato
tsp salt & pepper

tbsp olive oil

onion
fl oz lime juice

tsp smoked paprika
tbsp honey

chicken breast
tbsp chipotle chili peppers in adobo

bell pepper

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment. 2 Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 10 minutes. 3 Meanwhile, mix chicken with remaining olive oil, honey, chipotle, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice. 4 Add chicken + sliced peppers and onions to the sheet pan. 5 Roast another 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender. 6 Finish with cilantro and extra lime juice.View original recipe
