Chipotle Chicken Sandwiches + Fresh Peaches

What you need
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp olive oil
slice provolone

lean bacon
cup baby arugula

peach
ciabatta roll

butter
cup mayo
tbsp chipotle chile pepper

tsp dijon mustard
tbsp honey
Instructions
0 After slicing the chicken breast breast in half, season with the seasoning and add to a skillet over medium high heat with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉. 1 In the meantime toast the buttered buns in a skillet until golden brown. 2 Make the chipotle aioli by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl until the aioli is smooth + creamy. 3 After the chicken is done, let it rest for just a few minutes and then slice into strips. 4 Layer the the sandwich with aioli on both sides, the sliced chicken, cheese, bacon, arugula and fresh peaches. 5 Serve with a side of fries and enjoy!View original recipe
