tbsp pickle juice

tsp onion powder

cup shredded cheese
cup plain greek yogurt

cup milk
lb potato

oz cooked chicken

tbsp ranch dressing mix

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 400°F ande spray glass containers with olive oil. 2 Dice potatoes very small so they cook quickly. Add to a bowl with onions and a little salt and pepper. 3 Divide potatoes and onions evenly between 4 glass meal prep containers. 4 Add 5 oz chopped chicken to each container. 5 Whisk together ranch ingredients until pourable. 6 Pour ranch evenly over each container. 7 Top with cheese. 8 Cover loosely with foil and bake 35–40 minutes, until potatoes are tender. 9 Remove foil, add bacon, and bake 5 more minutes. 10 Finish with green onions.View original recipe
