What you need

tbsp Ranch Sauce
cup buffalo sauce

cup red onion

burrito size tortilla

cup shredded mozzarella

cup torn romaine lettuce

cup pickling cucumbers

cup diced tomatoes with green chilies

avocado
cup ranch dressing
Instructions
0 In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce + onions. Roll into 8 balls, about 1/3 cup of the mixture per ball. 1 Over medium high heat, add 3-4 of the burger patties to the pan, smashing them down to flatten. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes or until the burger is cooked to 165℉. 2 Top the burgers with cheese and them place a tortilla on top, smashing the tortilla into the burger + cheese. Once the cheese is melted, flip the burger one more time to crisp the other side of the tortilla. 3 Add lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, ranch + more buffalo sauce to each burger.
