What you need

cup almond milk

ripe banana

tsp chia seed

tbsp maple syrup

tsp cinnamon

cup dried blueberries
nut butter
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 400℉ 0 Spray each individual (oven safe) glass meal prep container with olive oil spray 2 Mash 1/4 of a banana into each container and then add in all of the other ingredients:- 1/3 cup of almond milk- 1/4 cup of oats- 1/2 tsp chia seeds- 1/2 tsp cinnamon- 1/2 tsbp maple syrup- 1/4 cup blueberries 3 Stir each container and then bake for 30-35 minutes 4 When the oatmeal is compeltely cool, top with nut butter, place the lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days! 5 *** I have linked the exact meal prep contianers I use above!
