What you need

½ cup white onion

4 cup broccoli

1 salt & pepper

¼ cup coconut aminos

1 ½ tbsp sesame oil

½ tsp ground ginger

½ cup beef broth

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp granulated garlic

1 green onion
Instructions
0 Add onions + beef to a large skillet or to the flat top, cook over medium high heat, breaking up the meat as you cook it, season with salt + pepper. 1 Once the meat is almost cooked through and no longer pink, add the chopped broccoli to the pan with the coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger, bone broth, honey + garlic- toss everything to coat the broccoli. 2 Turn the heat down slightly and cover to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. If using a flat top, you can throw a bowl over it, or just let it cook on low until the broccoli is tender. 3 Serve this over steamed rice or cauliflower rice and top with green onions.View original recipe
