⅓ cup bbq sauce

½ cup cucumber

1 fl oz olive oil cooking spray

½ cup cherry tomato

1 cup cooked chicken

½ cup bell pepper

2 cup lettuce

¼ cup red onion

½ cup pepperjack cheese

1 ½ jalapeno
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil or line with parchment paper. 4 Assemble the flatbreads. Spread BBQ sauce over each pita, then layer on the cooked chicken, peppers, onions, and jalapeños. Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese. 5 Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pita edges are crisp. 7 Make the ranch salad. Toss lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes with your high-protein ranch dressing until evenly coated. 8 Serve the flatbreads topped with the salad. 9 I like to cut the pita into quarters and pile the salad right on top for the perfect balance of warm, smoky BBQ and cool, creamy ranch crunch.View original recipe
