Bang Bang Salmon Bowls

This incredibly tasty, yet easy dinner is on the table in less than 20 minutes with minimal clean up, you will want to add this into your weekly rotation!

What you need

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

salt

cup cooked white rice

cup cucumber
cup red cabbage

cup avocado oil

cup sweet chili sauce

tbsp sriracha

tbsp honey
Instructions
0 Cut the salmon into chunks, season with salt, garlic, onion and paprika. 1 In a small bowl add all of the ingredients for the bang bang sauce and stir until the sauce is smooth 2 In a air fryer tray or basket (mine is linked above) add the salmon and 1/2 cup of the bang bang sauce, toss to coat the salmon. 3 Place in the air fryer at 400℉ for 10 minutes or until the salmon is done and no longer a dark pink in the middle. 4 In the meantime, cook your rice and slice you cucumbers. 5 When the salmon is done, assemble your bowls with 1/2 cup of rice, 4-6oz of salmon, 1/2 cup of cucumbers, 1/4 cup of carrots and 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage.View original recipe
