zucchini

red bell pepper

tbsp paprika

tbsp onion powder

tbsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cup avocado oil

cup thai chili

tbsp sriracha

honey

cup white rice

green onion
Instructions
0 Preheat the air fryer or oven to 425℉. 1 Dice the chicken and season with paprika, onion, garlic + salt. 2 Layer the chicken, zucchini + bell peppers on an air fryer pan/basket or a large sheet pan for the oven. 3 In a bowl mix together the mayo, thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha + honey. 4 Pour half of the sauce over the chicken + veggies- toss to evenly coat everything with the sauce. 5 Roast in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes depending on the air fryer or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165℉. 6 In the meantime, cook the rice and chop the green onions. 7 Serve over white rice + green onions!View original recipe
