Use a melon baller to scoop cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon into bite-sized balls. Add to a large mixing bowl.
Add mozzarella pearls and gently toss.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey until smooth.
