Preheat the oven to 425℉
Chop the ends off of the asparagus and discard, then chop the asparagus in half.
On a large sheet pan layer the gnocchi, chicken sausage, asparagus + sun dried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic + italian seasoning, drizzle with olive oil + lemon juice.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 20 minutes or until browned. If the sun dried tomatoes are starting to burn, stir and continue to roast
Once done top with parmesan cheese and serve! I love eating this oven a caesar salad to level it up just a little bit, but it's just as good by itself!
