In a bowl mix together the yogurt, cocoa powder and honey until smooth.
Line a large tray with parchment paper and spread out the yogurt mixture in a thin layer (as thick/thin as you want).
In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and then drizzle all over the yogurt. Using a fork spread the peanut butter around.
Top the layers with the chocolate chips, pretzels and peanuts or whatever you have on hand.
Freeze for 2 hours and then break into pieces.
Store in a bag or glass container in the freezer for up to 45 days!
