Make your chicken mixture
In a large bowl, combine: diced or shredded chicken, diced cucumber, a few spoonfuls of green goddess dressing
Mix until everything is evenly coated (You want it creamy, but not overly drenched—think more like a light chicken salad)
Build your wraps
