Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish.
Add oats, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, protein powder, baking powder, vanilla, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
Scatter chopped strawberries evenly over the top.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the batter and gently swirl with a knife.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is set.
